Here is how to shrink your C-section over hang or pregnancy fumpa 💗 our bodies are constantly changing especially after child birth I hope you give your self some grace & time to heal 💗 you did the most remarkable thing in the world creating / birthing a new soul congratulations mamma💗 I let my self heal and started working out at 4 months pp starting weight was 220 Before child birth I was 255 right after I was 240 currently 160 !
