No-Knead Cheese Garlic Bread Rolls in #airfryer #Recipe ⤵️ ✔️Dough 1 tsp instant dry yeast (3g) 2 tsp sugar (8g) 3/4 cup lukewarm water (180ml) 1/4 cup veg. oil (60ml) 1 & 3/4 cups all purpose flour (240g) 1/4 tsp salt (1g) ✔️Filling 2 bulbs roasted garlic 1 tbsp chopped parsley (4g) 1/4 cup unsalted butter (60g) pinch of salt (1g) 150g grated mozarella/cheddar cheese ✔️Extra *beaten egg (for eggwash) *some flour for dusting Procedure: 1. In a mixing bowl, combine together the yeast, sugar, lukewarm water and oil. Stir until sugar dissolves. 2. Add the flour and salt. Mix until just dough forms and no more loose flour. 3. Cover the dough and let it proof for 1 hour. 4. Prepare the garlic bulbs, by chopping off its top. Place it on foil and drizzle with veg. oil. Wrap the garlic in the foil securely then air fry at 200°C for 25 mins. 5. Once the garlic is roasted, let it cool. In a small mixing bowl, squeeze the garlic out of its skin. Add the butter, parsley and salt. Mix until just well combined. Set aside. 6. Once dough is proofed, dust some flour on the work counter/table. Flatten / Roll the dough out on the floured counter into a rectangle with size 16x10 inches. 7. Spread the prepared garlic filling evenly into the flattened dough. Roll it into a log then cut it into 9 pieces. (You can alter the rolls size or quantity that will fit to your air fryer). 8. Place the rolls in the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper. Cover it and let it rest for about 15mins. 9. Brush top of the rolls with eggwash (beaten egg). (You can use liquid milk as substitute for egg). Sprinkle with chopped parsley. 10. Air fry at 160°C for 20 to 25 mins. Pita Bread #Recipe ⤵️ ✔️Dough 3/4 cup lukewarm water (180ml) 1 tsp sugar (4g) 2 tsp instant dry yeast (6g) 1 tbsp cooking oil (15ml) 2 cups all purpose flour (270g) 1/2 tsp salt (3g) *Filling /Dips/Sauces (of your choice) -Lettuce, tomato, fresh & pickled cucumber, roasted chicken, garlic mayo & sriracha sauce. Procedure: 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the lukewarm water, sugar, yeast and oil. Stir until sugar dissolves. 2. Add the flour and salt. Mix until dough forms. 3. Knead dough until just smooth & well incorporated. (Do not overknead). 4. Place dough into a bowl, cover and proof for 1 hour or until doubled in size. 5. Once proofed, deflate the dough. Divide it into 8 pieces. Shape each piece into a ball. 6. Roll out / flatten each dough into a disc (7-inch round). 7. Cook the pita one at at time on a skillet or frypan (on stovetop) over medium heat. Flip each side until it toasts and puffs up. 8.
