Ingredients: 125g @Flavorite Tiny Toms tomatoes 2 eggs 2 cups flour Baking powder 1 Zucchini 1 carrot 1/4 cup frozen peas 1 cup shredded cheese 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup cottage cheese 1/4 cup olive oil Salt, pepper and Italian herbs to taste Method: Combine all of the wet ingredients together. Add the dry ingredients and mix only until just combined, without over mixing. Soft and fluffy toasted coconut cookies that are gluten free and super easy to make 🥥🌴 Recipe⬇️ Ingredients: 100g butter, softened 50g castor sugar 50g brown sugar 1 tspn vanilla 1 egg 180g almond meal 200h desiccated coconut 1/2 tspn baking powder Pinch of salt Method: Place the coconut on a lined baking tray and put in the oven until golden / toasted. In a bowl, cream butter, both sugars until creamy. Add egg and vanilla and mix until smooth. Add in the almond meal baking powder and salt. Allow the toasted coconut to cool before adding to the cookie mixture. Once well combined, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before rolling into balls, pressing down and baking. Replying to @Holly save your money, you can make it yourself! 🍕 These are my kids favourite mini pizzas that I make for their lunchboxes or just as a snack. Mini pitas work better than wraps (wraps are too thin). My kids love olives on top but you can add literally anything your kids will eat.
