Didn’t think watching water dig its way to the ocean would be this satisfying, but here we are.

The creek was so full all it took was a few fingers to get it going! Today was a national holiday so it was extra busy on the beach. Hopefully the people the crossed it can get back alright. Kinda crazy to think that small shovel transformed the beach. Not to worry though. The beach will be back to normal over night. Don’t believe us. Stay tuned for tomorrow!

With one unexpected swing of his cane Grandpa broke through a sand dam that had blocked the river from reaching the ocean. The water burst through with force carving a path and reshaping the beach in minutes.
