I wanted to gate keep my secret recipe so bad… but it’s just too good not to share 😫 Recipe: -2 russet potatoes cooked until they’re fork tender -2 cups macaroni cooked per directions -2 soft boiled eggs (I like them a little jammy) -2 persian cucumbers, thin sliced and drained -1/3 cup diced red onion -1/3 cup diced carrots -2-3 tbs mentaiko -1 tbs old style mustard -1/4 cup kewpie mayo -3 tbs rice vinegar -1 tbs sugar -msg *i eyeball these measurements so add everything to taste! & make sure to not over mix as you don’t want the potatoes to be too mushy#japanesefood #macsalad #hawaiianfood #partyfoodideas Japanese potato salad recipe

I recently posted a video saying I don’t have a “real job” so I thought I would bring you in on what today looked like for me as someone who does full time food/lifestyle content - and today was an exceptionally busy day 😅 they’re usually not like this but it just so happened that everything got stacked together last second and I needed to get everything done before my trip to meet my deadlines. I love talking about how much I got my furniture from because it’s truly my hobby- I LOVE searching for a good deal and thrifting furniture!!! Back when I was working full time as a nanny and in college, I would scroll through fb marketplace for hoursss looking for stuff, and I started off with super cheap furniture, fixing things and then selling them and working my way up to afford these “nicer” pieces that fit my personal style.
