4 years of being out as trans publicly 🩵🩷🤍 Here’s some thoughts : I remember being a closeted kid, being told I was going to “feel different” later, that I would “regret my choices” with my transition. Yet, here I am, proving all of it wrong. I knew who I was and I still know who I am. It wasn’t for others to understand, it was always for me. In a time where our community is being attacked relentlessly, I find myself being proud of who I am and protecting my peace by finding joy anywhere I can. Queer joy is resistance and simultaneously such a comforting power. Thank you to everyone who’s supported me through everything, whether you’re new here or not. I love to share who I am and I’m proud that it includes being trans. I love you! #lgbtq #trans #queer
