وصفة اليوم!👇🏻 Recipe below! لبن أمّو عأصوله مع عرض خاص من @Jabalebnan mo with a twist—featuring @jaballebanbutchery’s Eid offer! بلشنا الفيديو بقطعة لحمة ضخمة لنبلّش الجو، بس الحقيقة؟ نحنا رايحين على وصفة لبن أمّو الأصيلة. We kicked off the video with a giant cut of meat for fun—but we’re actually making a proper Laban Emmo recipe. بهالوصفة، استعملنا: ورق غار، هيل، ليمون أسود، فلفل أسود، قرنفل، عود قرفة، وبصلة محشية بقرنفل. Spices used: bay leaves, cardamom (هيل), dried lime, black pepper, cloves, cinnamon stick, and a clove-stuffed onion. رجعنا انتقلنا عالملحمة @jaballebanbutchery وطلبنا منهم “موزّات” مخصوصة لهالوصفة. We then headed to @jaballebanbutchery and asked for “mozzat” – the perfect meat cut for this dish. والمفاجأة؟ عرض العيد: ٥ كيلو من أطيب اللحوم الطازجة، ١٠ أنواع، بس بـ١٩٩ درهم! Surprise? Their Eid offer: 5 kg of premium fresh meat, 10 varieties, only for 199 AED! رجعنا عالستوديو، شوّحنا الموزات بالسمنة، وضفنا شوية مي، شلنا الزفرة، وغيرنا المي. Back in the studio, we browned the meat in ghee, added water, removed the froth, and refreshed the water. ضفنا البهارات والبصل وتركناهم يطبخوا حوالي ساعة. We added the spices and onion and let everything simmer for about an hour. بطنجرة باردة، حطّينا اللبن، وذوبنا النشا بشوية مي وضفناه فوق اللبن. In a cold pot, we placed yogurt and added cornstarch dissolved in a bit of water. خلطناهم عالبارد، وبعدين شغّلنا النار مع تحريك مستمر حتى بلش يغلي. We mixed while cold, then turned on the heat and stirred constantly until it started boiling. ضفنا شوي مرقة من اللحمة، وضفنا البصل المطبوخ فوق اللبن. We added some of the meat broth, and stirred in the cooked onion. للتقديم: منصف اللحمة، فوقه اللبن، وعلى الوجه سمنة فيها لوز وصنوبر محمّص. #ad وصفة اليوم!👇🏻 Recipe below! تكّة لحم مع رز برياني – وصفة عيد الأضحى خاصة مع روح Lamb Tekka with Biryani Rice – Eid al-Adha recipe made specially with @RUHSoulSatisfying بلشنا باللحم المقطع لمربعات خصيصًا للـ تكّة. We started with lamb cubes, perfectly cut for tekka skewers. تبلناهم بلبن، زنجبيل فريش، عصرة ليم، زيت زيتون، وثوم مهروس من روح، وطبعًا أهم شي: بهارات تكّة من روح! We marinated the lamb with yogurt, fresh ginger, a squeeze of lime, olive oil, garlic paste from Ruh, and most importantly: their signature Tekka spice blend! خلّيناهم شوية، بعدين شكّيناهم بسيخات للشوي. Let it marinate, then skewered the meat for grilling. أما رز البرياني، فحضّرناه بهالطريقة: For the Biryani rice, here’s how we did it: بحرية، حطّينا سمنة، بصل ناعم، بندورة ناعمة، وثوم مهروس من روح، وزنجبيل فريش، وبعدين أضفنا بهارات البرياني من روح. In a pot, we added ghee, finely chopped onion and tomato, garlic paste from Ruh, fresh ginger, and their Biryani spice mix. خلطناهم منيح، وبعدين ضفنا مي مغلية، تركناها تغلي شوي، وضفنا رز بسمتي. Mixed everything well, added boiling water, let it simmer, and added basmati rice. ومن بعد شوي، صار عنا أطيب رز برياني بيتقدّم مع التكة المشويّة!
