Not bad for handheld, right? The Hasselblad X2D’s 7-stop in-body image stabilization makes it almost too easy to shoot slow shutter photos without a tripod. This one was shot at 1 second and still came out sharp. Pair that with its 100MP sensor and you’ve got some seriously crispy photos! Settings: 20mm, 1.0s, f/19, ISO 100. #Hasselblad #X2D #LongExposure #SlowShutter #MediumFormat #visitazores
From ultra-wide to super-telephoto, how much does focal length affect your portrait? Focal length has the power to completely change a perspective. I shot this with my friend @PaigeTingey to show how 20mm vs 230mm changes the look and feel of the same subject. 20mm adds drama by exaggerating space and pulling in the surroundings, which can be great for storytelling portraits with a sense of place. 230mm flattens the scene and compresses the background, making it feel more intimate and focused on the subject. Both taken on the Hasselblad X2D. Which do you like better? #Hasselblad #HasselbladX2D #FocalLengthComparison #PhotographyTips #PortraitPhotography
The Power of Masking Pt. 9 🎨 Masking top-down shots is one of my favorite ways to edit because it adds an incredible sense of depth to an otherwise flat perspective. For this image of a tea plantation, I used radial filters to mimic warm sunlight cutting across the fields, while linear gradients helped shape the overall flow of light. The brush tool was used as a final touch to add extra contrast and detail to some of the pathways. A saying most photographers hate hearing... but in this case, I think it fits. Each photo is straight out of camera from the Hasselblad X2D, without any editing or post-production. I've been really impressed with its color science and just how good the RAW photos look prior to any adjustments. What do you think of these colors straight from camera? #Hasselblad #MediumFormat #VisitAzores #Photography
Highlighting the curves of your car can make all the difference and allow you to show it in the best light. A CPL Filter (circular polarizing filter) helps control reflections, enhance colors, and improve overall contrast. If you’re into shooting cars, this is a game changer 🤙 #sonyalpha #photography #automotivephotography #photographytips #carphotography
