matilda’s carrot cake recipe 4 eggs 1 cup applesauce 1 cup crushed pineapple (slightly drained) whisk until combined dry ingredients 2 cups flour 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1/2 tsp allspice 1/4 tsp clove 1/2 tsp salt whisk until combined add wet ingredients to dry and fold until combined and bake at 350F for 30 minutes frosting 32 oz heavy whipping cream splash of vanilla mix on high until nice and creamy in a separate bowl mix 1.5 cups sugar with three 8 oz blocks of softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy add whipped cream to cream cheese and fold until combined #carrotcake #cake #cakerecipe #carrotcakerecipe #Recipe #baking #dessert
