never a dull moment with my boys 😅 he asked me for eminem’s hair many YEARS ago but i was just worried that he was too young for bleach so i said no and he let it go. recently he asked me again, and since he’s older now i decided to let him do it. however, once he got the go ahead to do it he started to become hesitant 😅 isn’t it funny how that works? he’s been going back and forth for a few weeks, debating on whether he actually wants to do it or not because he really liked his long hair and he’s never had a buzzcut, let alone bleached it. and then randomly the other day i heard a buzzing sound and lots of laughter from their bathroom 😂😂 he loved the buzzcut but he wasn’t sure if he wanted to bleach it yet and honestly i wasn’t sure if i wanted him to either. i don’t know why but it just made me so emotional lol. after a few days he was like “ok i think i wanna do it!” he loves it and he’s so happy he finally did it. i think it looks so amazing on him 💛 and (because i know somebody is going to judge) don’t worry he didn’t listen to eminem’s music back then, he just knew of him because i was a big fan back in my teenage days in the early 2000’s and he’s always thought his hair looks so cool. he listens to some of his songs now but only SOME and only radio edits 😅 #haircut #buzzcut #bleachedbuzzcut #eminem #mom #momlife #motherson
had to ask him to come hold my hand because how else was he going to see what i was up to?? 😅 and he was actually willing to hahaha. like zero hesitation or judgement. he’s so sweet 😭 #prank #husband #wife #couple

one year ago today i posted this video of my sweet husband having quite possibly the calmest panic attack in history 😂 it was really touching to read all the comments and messages from women who said this made them realize that they need to raise their standards because they deserve to be treated this way too (and yes you do 🫶🏼) but it was even more touching to hear from all the men who said it made them want to be and treat women better. life and love really can be simple if you just choose to treat each other with patience and kindness all of the time 💜 #prank #husband #wife #husbandwife #couple
just kidding, he rode it with them a few days ago too. me? i’m still trying to muster up the courage to ride it 🫣 i think millennium force is as tall as i can go 😬 #cedarpoint #topthrilldragster #rollercoaster
but his favorite ride is my second favorite and my favorite is his second favorite so basically they’re both the best rollercoaster haha 💙❤️ what’s your favorite rollercoaster? (doesn’t have to be at cedar point) #cedarpoint #millenniumforce #magnumxl200 #rollercoaster #husband #wife #couple #amusementpark

healthy, delicious, and ready in under 15 minutes. recipe ⬇️ #husband #wife #couple #momanddad #Recipe #snack FRIED COUSCOUS ingredients: couscous eggs peas & carrots onion scallions (green onion) garlic chicken broth coconut aminos (or soy sauce) sesame oil garlic powder salt & pepper obviously oh and oil too duhhh start by sauteing peas and carrots for a few minutes. add a little water and lid. next make your couscous. we make ours in chicken broth for extra flavor but you can use water instead. follow directions on box. the box we always use is from trader joes and it’s 12 oz (or 2 cups) of couscous so we do 2 cups of broth. make sure you fluff with a fork when it’s done. this is a very important step. while the couscous is absorbing, add oil to the peas and carrots and 1 diced onion. we saute only for like 2 minutes because we like the onions to still have a little crunch to them. remove the veggies, add more oil and as many eggs as your heart desires. we usually do 12. salt and pepper the eggs generously. we like lotsa pepper. but don’t touch the eggs. and keep the heat at like medium high so the eggs can crisp up a bit. a few minutes later stir and chop the eggs and remove them by adding to the peas and carrots plate. add oil and as much garlic as you like but the garlic is optional. sometimes we don’t have any so whatever. it’s still good without it cause you can just add extra garlic powder later. so anyway, if you’re adding fresh garlic just let it saute in the oil (or butter) for a minute before adding couscous. careful not to burn the garlic. if you’re not adding garlic then just add the couscous + garlic powder, salt, pepper and lotsa oil. (we use avocado oil so we don’t feel bad about adding a lot haha) you can also go crazy with seasonings here. add whatever you like. a little ginger is so good too! next add coconut aminos (or soy sauce) and sesame oil. the amount you add just depends on how much couscous you made. we probably add about 3 Tbsp coconut amino’s and 1 Tbsp sesame oil? play around with it and see what feels/tastes right to you. always better to add less first especially if you’re using soy sauce cause it’s salty and you don’t want to over salt. after a minute or two add peas & carrots/eggs back to pan + the white parts of the scallion (save the green for topping your bowl at the end) be sure to taste test once everything is combined and add more of any seasoning or sauce you feel is needed. plate it and top with green onions and a little spice if you want. we did onion chili flakes this time but sometimes we add just plain old red pepper chili flakes or sriracha. you could also add some spice straight into the pan while cooking but we don’t add it because our younger kids don’t like heat. and that’s it! we also love it for breakfast the next morning so that’s why we make a ton. you can make a smaller portion if you wanted to but trust me you’re gonna want a lot :) it reheats well and you can also add a fried or boiled egg on top the next morning for extra protein! this is our go to snack when we’re watching a movie and get hungry. and then of course some unhealthy ice cream after 😅 it’s all about balance isn’t it?
