Day In a life ✨🌞 8:00 AM I wake up & have a slow morning away from my phone. 8:30 AM I get ready for my daily coffee walk, listening to my favorite podcasts. 9:00 AM Coffee walk 🤓☕️ 10:00 AM Crossfit baby, heavy sweat & weightlifting to get a good chemical boost in the brain 🙃🧠 11:30 AM driving back home to get ready for work. 12:00 PM Starting the day meeting with my team & organizing my current 30 day challenge (starting June 27th, still a few seats left!) 📝 1:30 PM Recording of my new Podcast coming very soon 🌞✨🌬️ 3:00 PM Mid day meditation, been breaking my day with meditation lately & god I love it. 4:00 - 7:00 PM strategizing to scale @Skinandtones excited for what’s to come. Everyday are slightly different, but most of it repeats itself 🫶🏻✨

Been slowly getting back in the studio lately 🤓 This dance journey has its ups & downs, but god I love this shit & it somehow always finds me. Celebrating dance with friends & dancing for my well-being is the most beautiful & self-fulfilling thing that could ever happen in my life.
