All you need is your favorite chamomile tea, your milk of choice, cinnamon stick, and honey l used: 12 oz of Almond milk 1 cinnamon stick 1 tsp of honey Warm it up on low Once it starts to boil I throw in two chamomile tea bags for about 4/5 min then take the tea bags and cinnamon stick out, use my frother to mix and serve with some cinnamon powder on top and enjoy !!@Intimissimi
