We have another leak but I'm determined to fix this myself!!! This is real life as a homeowner. We'll, at least for us! Putting my @CRAFTSMAN® tools to work!! #Home #renovation #projects #Outdoors #waterleak
This project took a lot of hard work (and hundreds of messages with ChatGPT 😂), but we’re so happy with how it turned out. I had never done concrete or brickwork before, so this was a first — and definitely a challenge. But it’s now one of our favorite parts of the backyard. The perfect forever home upgrade and an entertainer’s dream. Can’t wait to grill and watch football out here. My @CRAFTSMAN® tools definitely got a workout on this one. #DIY #OutdoorKitchen #CRAFTSMAN #BuildOn #BackyardProjects
We added a @Fogco mistscaping system to our backyard and it's been a total game changer! Not only does it instantly cool the space, but it also helps keep bugs away and our kids love it! It's subtle, efficient, and makes a big difference -especially on those hot summer days. If you're looking for a way to actually enjoy your backyard in the heat, this is one upgrade we can't recommend enough!! #mistscaping #Fogco #backyard
3 years of work in 60 seconds! We love spending time outside and knew when we bought Liv's childhood home we'd put a lot of time and effort into bringing it back to its prime for our family. We love it and we're not done yet!! What should we do next?? #DIY #backyard
Replying to @Della Zarlingo It would’ve been thousands— but instead, only $130 in parts!! Problem fixed, and here’s how! @CRAFTSMAN® tools as always! #DIY #slableak #leak #fixedit
We've been using these for TWO years now and they work so well!! We spend a lot of time outdoors and don't get eaten alive thanks to these lights!!! You can find the 🔗 in our BIO #Outdoors #family
"A kid can drown in an inch of water." YES, this is true. But this net buys you time. It keeps your child on the surface where they can be SEEN. It lets you hear them cry out for help instead of silently slipping under. We've had our net for 2 years now, and the only downside? Compliance. You have to be consistent every single time. It takes 5 minutes to put back on. If you're not going to do that, don't waste your time.. get a pool fence instead. We are SO strict about this. Yes, pool fences are a good option, but they have risks. Gates get left open or don't latch all the way. Kids learn to climb or unlatch them. Older kids open for younger kids without parents knowing. We feel safer with our net because we know without a doubt our kids can't get in our pool. Drowning is the leading cause of death for kids under 5. It takes SECONDS. Watch your kids while they swim. Don't take off their safety gear until you're back inside if you're distracted. Don't assume someone else is watching them swim. If you or someone in your family has a pool, TAKE. IT. SERIOUSLY. Have rules, locks, covers, whatever it takes. You never think it'll happen to your family until it does. Let's keep these babies safe. —from an ex PIC nurse with trauma!
Resort or our backyard? Tallgrass Landscaping put the final touches on our backyard transformation with the Fogco mistscaping system. It cools the air dramatically, insects hate it, and it looks incredible day and night! We’re SO excited for Summer! #FogCo #Mistscaping #backyardvibes #DIY

DIYing an outdoor kitchen was super intimidating, but now it is probably my most proud project to-date!! I had never done concrete or brick work, and there were just so many technical things that had to be done perfectly for it to work. I'll post stories breaking down the whole project in more detail in case you're wanting to save money & do it yourself!!
