Abducción vs. Aducción de cadera 🍑🔥 ¿Sabes cuál es la diferencia entre estos dos ejercicios? ➡️ Abducción de cadera Trabaja el glúteo medio, ideal para darle esa forma redondeada que va de adentro hacia afuera. Los pads van por fuera de las piernas. En este ejercicio, abrimos rápido, sostenemos 1 segundo cuando estamos en el punto más abierto, y luego cerramos lento (3 segundos). ➡️ Aducción de cadera Enfocada en la parte interna del muslo (aductores), para lograr un volumen más completo en las piernas. Los pads van por dentro de las piernas. Aquí el ritmo cambia: abrimos lento, cerramos rápido y contraemos fuerte cuando estemos completamente cerradas.
